Pure Context has no contact form, chat or phone line. The simplest way to reach us is by email, and you can also write by post.

By email

Write to info@purecontext.online. It helps if your subject line says what the message is about, for example "Correction to Step 2" or "Question about the checklists". We aim to reply within ten working days.

If you are asking to see or correct personal information we hold about you, please put "Privacy request" in the subject line. We reply to those within 30 days. The Privacy Policy explains what information we hold, which is very little.

You do not need to give your full name to ask a question. Please do not send passwords, payment details or copies of identity documents.

By post

Post takes longer to reach us from Australia, so email is quicker for most matters.

What we can and cannot help with

We can answer questions about the course, correct mistakes and explain how the site is funded. We cannot help with problems in a particular game, such as account access, purchases or bans, because we have no access to any game's systems. For those, contact the game's official support service.
